Blush & Bloom are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading business who specialise in the cosmetics & personal care industry. They are looking to hire an experienced regulatory professional to support a portfolio of cosmetic, personal care and consumer products across the UK, EU and international markets.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with a strong regulatory background who enjoys project coordination, stakeholder management and delivering a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Proactively organise and chase future project work
  • Progress regulatory projects on a daily/weekly basis, identifying risks, delays or missing information
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data within internal project tracking systems
  • Chase required information from manufacturers and suppliers to ensure project momentum
  • Identify and assess product claims, labels and artworks
  • Support the preparation of Product Information Files (PIFs) and product notifications
  • Produce regular reports and support client administration
  • Attend client meetings - travel will be required
  • Identify potential new business opportunities and elevate where appropriate
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working within cosmetic or personal care regulatory affairs
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
