Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for packaging, innovation and sustainability? A leading beauty and personal care brand is currently seeking a Junior Packaging Technologist to join their dynamic team based in Cheltenham. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, testing and implementation of packaging solutions for new beauty products.
  • Support packaging-related elements of NPD projects from concept through to launch.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners, including those overseas, to ensure packaging is production-ready.
  • Contribute to packaging sustainability initiatives in line with business goals.
  • Help maintain packaging documentation, including technical specifications and testing reports.
  • Participate in cost-saving and packaging optimisation projects.
  • Attend regular cross-functional meetings and support project teams with technical insight.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Packaging, Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in packaging development (placement or post-grad) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills – able to work effectively with internal teams and global suppliers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
