Blush & Bloom are pleased to be partnering with an ambitious beauty business who are looking to hire a Quality & Regulatory Manager to support their expanding product portfolio across skincare, cosmetics and personal care. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a strong background across technical, quality and regulatory functions within the cosmetics industry, looking to join a highly collaborative and innovation-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of compliant and high-quality products across multiple beauty categories
  • Acting as a key technical contact between internal teams and external manufacturing partners
  • Reviewing and maintaining product documentation, specifications and technical records
  • Supporting quality standards and compliance processes across UK and international markets
  • Investigating product and supplier issues, helping drive resolutions and improvements
  • Working cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain and Operations teams
  • Supporting product launches and ensuring technical requirements are met within agreed timelines
  • Maintaining awareness of evolving cosmetic regulations and industry standards

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within Technical, Quality, Compliance or Regulatory Affairs in the cosmetics or personal care industry
  • Good understanding of cosmetic legislation and product compliance requirements
  • Experience liaising with suppliers, manufacturers or external partners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
