Blush & Bloom are pleased to be partnering with an ambitious beauty business who are looking to hire a Quality & Regulatory Manager to support their expanding product portfolio across skincare, cosmetics and personal care. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a strong background across technical, quality and regulatory functions within the cosmetics industry, looking to join a highly collaborative and innovation-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of compliant and high-quality products across multiple beauty categories
- Acting as a key technical contact between internal teams and external manufacturing partners
- Reviewing and maintaining product documentation, specifications and technical records
- Supporting quality standards and compliance processes across UK and international markets
- Investigating product and supplier issues, helping drive resolutions and improvements
- Working cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain and Operations teams
- Supporting product launches and ensuring technical requirements are met within agreed timelines
- Maintaining awareness of evolving cosmetic regulations and industry standards
Key Requirements:
- Experience within Technical, Quality, Compliance or Regulatory Affairs in the cosmetics or personal care industry
- Good understanding of cosmetic legislation and product compliance requirements
- Experience liaising with suppliers, manufacturers or external partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
