Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market.
By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.
The Role
As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will own the pursuit and closure of Bluprintx’s most strategic net-new enterprise opportunities across the EMEA region.
Operating at the intersection of enterprise sales and alliance ecosystem partnerships, you will leverage tier-1 partner relationships—including Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, and Databricks—to originate, co-sell, and close high-impact transformation programmes.
You will drive high-value enterprise engagements, initially managing a select interim portfolio while aggressively originating net-new deals through a sell-with and sell-through motion.
Based in the UK with regular engagement in London, you will collaborate directly with executive leadership, alliance partner lead teams, and client Cx Os to modernize complex front-office commercial architectures.
Responsibilities
- Own the pursuit and closure of strategic net-new enterprise engagements across EMEA, targeting 7-figure (£1M+ ACV) deal sizes.
- Build, activate, and scale joint go-to-market motions with strategic alliance counterparts across Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, and Databricks.
- Maintain an active pursuit list of 8 to 12 named enterprise target accounts while developing a qualified £15M+ strategic pipeline.
- Lead executive commercial strategy and positioning at C-suite and C-1 levels (CMO, CRO, CIO, CDO, CTO).
- Manage and stabilize a small inherited account portfolio in the interim, driving retention and capturing expansion/upsell opportunities.
- Position integrated, multi-platform propositions across the broader martech, data, and hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) landscape.
- Formulate and execute a structured 30/60/90-day plan to rapidly map partner ecosystems, establish executive networks, and activate early-stage pipeline.
Requirements
- Demonstrated enterprise B2B commercial sales track record with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and professional services/consultancy selling.
- Proven experience executing sell-with and sell-through alliance sales motions alongside major vendors or GSIs.
- Strong startup/scale-up mentality with the ability to originate net-new opportunities from scratch rather than relying solely on inbound demand.
- Fluency across multi-vendor enterprise ecosystems spanning marketing technology, CRM, data platforms, and AI/ML tooling.
- Comfortable managing 3- to 9-month sales cycles with 6- to 7-figure contract values.
- Why this opportunity is unique
You are joining a high-performing commercial engine where 100% of the team is currently hitting or exceeding quota, backed by established tier-1 alliance relationships and an industry-leading accelerator structure where top performers can earn well above typical market caps.
