What we’re looking for in a Desktop Support Engineer -Band 1 Provide desktop support to builds and break fix · Provide hands and eyes support for the corporate network and print services · Administration of network (switches, firewalls, servers, computers, lab printers, tablets, Active Directory, backup, licensing etc) · Enhance digital security compliance of the company network · Enable digital security compliant systems to connect to the different network · Engage with instrument vendors for providing support. · Assist in the development and deployment of new technologies into the environment.
