Role Overview: The Accounts Manager will oversee the financial, supply chain, costing, and operational administration functions of the bakehouse business. This role is responsible for managing supplier orders, inventory costing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, QuickBooks management, profit & loss analysis, and maintaining B2B and B2C systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting knowledge with operational coordination skills to support efficient bakery production, procurement, and sales processes.
