We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to support our technology hiring across the UK & Ireland and Europe. Based in Canary Wharf, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with senior stakeholders, and help attract top technical talent in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and technical roles (software engineering, infrastructure, support, cloud, data, cybersecurity).
- Partner with hiring managers across UK & Ireland and Europe sites to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Write clear, engaging job adverts tailored to the UK & Ireland and Europe tech market.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct CV screening and first‑stage interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track recruitment KPIs.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives, especially for UK & Ireland and Europe based tech hiring.
- Ensure compliance with UK & Ireland and Europe employment law, right‑to‑work checks, and GDPR.
- Manage offer negotiation and handover to HR/People teams for onboarding.
- 2–3 years of experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter (agency or in‑house).
- Strong understanding of UK tech roles and Europe market dynamics.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using Boolean search and modern sourcing tools.
- Confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
