We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will lead the visual design strategy, manage design projects, and ensure consistent brand representation across all digital and offline platforms. This role requires both hands-on design expertise and leadership capability, along with exposure to modern design technologies including AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of high-quality visual content for digital and print.
- Develop and maintain BluPace Tech's brand identity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Design marketing materials including presentations, brochures, social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Drive innovation by incorporating AI-based design workflows and automation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and external creative vendors.
- Ensure all design outputs are aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry innovations.
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications.
- Minimum 10 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and brand consistency.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, and collaborative cloud-based design platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
- Experience in motion graphics, video content, and digital marketing design.
