Blumilk is a creative agency in Newcastle. We've been at it for over 25 years, working with clients across utilities, public sector, healthcare and education sectors where the work has to land properly, not just look nice.
The Agency Operations Manager is a new role for us and sits at the centre of Blumilk's day-to-day delivery operation, helping creative work move smoothly, efficiently and profitably through the business.
The role supports the Studio, Live Projects and Engagement teams by coordinating schedules, qualifying incoming work, dealing with external suppliers, managing operational systems and maintaining commercial accuracy across projects. Above all, the role exists to protect creative focus. By taking ownership of studio coordination, workflow management and operational administration, the Agency Operations Manager allows the creative team to spend more time delivering amazing creative work and the client facing team more time to talk to clients.

This is a new role, so there's room to shape it. You'll report directly to the MD and have the backing of the senior team. You'll be measured on whether the studio runs smoothly and the margins hold. It's a hands-on operational job, not a strategy seat. Office-based in Newcastle, Monday to Friday. £30,000 to £40,000 depending on what you bring.
How to apply:
Send a CV and a short note telling us why this role suits you. Long cover letters aren't needed. A paragraph that shows you've actually read the ad will get our attention faster than three pages of corporate stuff.
