We’re searching for a HR Operations Business Partner who will become the visible, approachable, go-to face of People for one of our business areas. You’ll support, coach, and empower managers while driving operational excellence across everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the HR Operations Business Partner, you’ll:
- Own and streamline operational HR processes to enhance our offering for colleagues and managers.
- Coach, support, and empower managers to follow people processes confidently.
- Build strong, trusting relationships across your department and the wider business.
- Analyse data, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
- Uphold and protect our culture by supporting initiatives that attract, engage, and develop colleagues.
