About us

Sharegain began with one question: If the largest institutions solely exercise the right to lend their stocks, bonds, and ETFs, what would it take to unlock this revenue opportunity for every investor?

Our team of experts in the UK, US and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients.

We call it SLaa S: Securities Lending as a Service.

It’s a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations.

Institutions and investors are now free to earn more from what they own.

Every Sharegainer has their own backstory, but we all share an ambition to do things differently – bigger, better, and greater.

Together we’re on a mission to democratize capital markets by building a more liquid world.

The more we share, the more we all gain.

About the role

Client Solutions is where Sharegain meets its clients.

We sit at the centre of the business, between the customer success, sales, product and engineering teams.

As a Client Solutions Analyst you’ll help get new clients live, keep existing integrations running cleanly, and be one of the people who works out why something isn’t behaving as it should and makes sure it doesn’t happen twice.

It’s a role for someone who likes solving real problems for real clients, is comfortable getting into the detail of how systems and data actually work, and can explain a technical issue to a client or a colleague in plain language.

You won’t need to know securities lending on day one.

You will need curiosity, ownership, and the willingness to learn.

  • What you’ll do
  • Support the onboarding and implementation of new clients, from first technical conversations through testing to go-live.
  • Own day-to-day client support: investigating queries, tracing issues to their root cause, and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Work with client and platform data, including file-based integrations (for example scheduled data feeds and reports), checking that what arrives is complete and correct and following up when it isn’t.
  • Run and coordinate user acceptance testing with clients, and help reconcile positions and reports so the numbers can be trusted.
  • Monitor recurring processes, spot exceptions early, and escape or fix them before they reach the client.
  • Act as the translation layer between clients and our product and engineering teams, turning client needs into clear requirements and technical detail into clear answers.
  • Document how things work, building the checklists, guides and playbooks that let the team scale without relying on any one person’s memory.
  • Grow into a trusted point of contact on the accounts and systems you support, delivering an ecceptional experience both internally and externally.

Skills

  • A recent graduate, ideally in a numerate or analytical subject (finance, economics, engineering, sciences, maths or similar), or equivalent early-career experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain something complex simply.
  • Genuine comfort with data and detail: you enjoy getting to the bottom of why a number is wrong rather than just noting that it is.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Curiosity about financial markets and how systems and processes actually work.
  • A plus (not required)
  • Internship or 1–2 years of experience in capital markets, post-trade, custody, fund services, fintech or a client-facing analytical role.
  • Additional languages, given our international client base.

Sharegain is an equal opportunity employer.

Employees and contractors, as well as prospective employees and contractors, will all be treated equally and fairly.

We are passionate in our belief that a diverse workforce is central to our success, and we are proud to reflect this within our recruiting processes.
