Blue Wire Mechanical & Electrical are a growing building services contractor delivering mechanical and electrical projects across the UK. We are looking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to take ownership of mechanical project delivery from our Leeds office. This role will suit someone already running projects who is confident managing engineers, subcontractors and clients.

The Role
  • Manage multiple mechanical projects from pre-start through to completion
  • Oversee engineers and subcontractors across sites
  • Coordinate programmes and ensure delivery to deadlines
  • Liaise directly with clients and main contractors
  • Monitor project performance and flag risks
  • Ensure quality, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained

Projects are primarily based within 1–2 hours of Leeds, with UK travel required where necessary.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plant rooms, plumbing)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident working independently and making decisions
  • Organised, proactive and solution-focused
