We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll & Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant.
Proven experience supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM Payroll (PY).
Strong understanding of UK payroll processes, including statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll and ECP, providing BAU support, incident and service request management, system enhancements, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the effective support and continuous improvement of payroll services.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong SAP HCM Payroll configuration experience
- Proven SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expertise
- Previous experience working within an SAP AMS/Application Support environment
- Experience managing incidents, service requests, and change activities
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Experience supporting complex SAP landscapes
