- Own and deliver high‑quality content moderation across platforms, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
- Lead as a subject matter expert, driving decisions, solving complex issues and aligning cross‑functional teams.
- Identify risks and optimise processes through trend analysis, best practice implementation and actionable reporting.
