The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.
We're looking for an Operational Warehouse Manager with strong systems knowledge to design and specify a suite of approximately 15 analytical KPIs for a WMS, then work to globalise these KPIs across other warehouse sites. This is a 3-day-a-week on-site role near London (potentially more), running for an initial 3 months. Experience with automation or SAP EWM would be an advantage but is not essential, the core focus is KPI design and analytical capability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and specify approximately 15 analytical KPIs for use within the WMS
- Work with operational and systems teams to define clear, measurable KPI specifications
- Apply and roll out the agreed KPI framework globally across other warehouse sites
- Liaise with warehouse operations to ensure KPIs are practical, accurate, and reflect real operational performance
- Support standardisation of reporting and analytics across multiple sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operational Warehouse Manager or similar, with strong systems knowledge
- Track record of designing and specifying KPIs within a WMS environment
- Experience applying or standardising KPI frameworks across multiple sites/warehouses
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
