We are currently supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernising identity and authentication processes across a global enterprise environment. We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead to drive the people-side of this transformation, ensuring smooth adoption and strong engagement across global stakeholder groups.
Deliverables:
- Define and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to programme objectives
- Conduct detailed impact assessments across people, processes, and technology
- Develop and deliver targeted change interventions including communications, engagement, and training activities
- Partner closely with project leadership to integrate change activities into overall delivery planning
- Track adoption progress and provide clear reporting on change effectiveness and risks
- Support stakeholder alignment across multiple regions and functions
Background preferred:
- Proven track record as a Change Manager within large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes
