Key Requirements
- Extensive experience working with SAP Fieldglass, with particular expertise across the Statement of Work (SOW) functionality.
- Strong hands-on capability in Fieldglass solution configuration and enhancement, including setting up new SOW processes.
- Experience developing SOW structures, templates and multi-level approval workflows to meet business and governance requirements.
- Solid understanding of Fieldglass integrations with SAP Ariba and the wider services procurement landscape.
- Knowledge of external workforce and services procurement processes, including worker transitions, project structures, reporting and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of enhancements across the SAP Fieldglass SOW solution.
- Develop a structured SOW operating model, including templates, project stages and supporting configuration.
- Design and implement approval processes and governance controls for SOW creation and management.
- Support the movement of relevant contractor engagements into an SOW-based model, ensuring the system is configured appropriately.
- Review the Ariba integration and enhance Fieldglass reporting and dashboards to provide improved visibility of SOW activity.
