bluewaveSELECT have been engaged by a leading organisation to secure an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Talent Management modules including Compensation, Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Succession & Development to support a global SuccessFactors team.
Overview: You will play a key role in the design, configuration, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Employee Central and Talent Management modules. Working with HR and IT stakeholders, you will drive delivery across design, build, test, and deployment phases, providing functional expertise and best practice guidance.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations (EC + Talent Management modules)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central
- Experience with Compensation, PMGM, and Succession
- Good understanding of integrations and data flows across modules
- Experience across full life cycle (design, build, test, deploy)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
