Join the Just in Case team at Bluewater. We specialise in premium smartphone accessories, screen protection and personalised products. We are looking for a confident, proactive and sales-driven Retail Sales Advisor who enjoys speaking with customers and achieving targets. This is an active, sales-focused role - not simply a position behind a till. You will approach customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable products and turn conversations into sales.
What you will do
- Proactively engage customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate and recommend smartphone accessories and protection products.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets and suggest relevant additional products.
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain high store presentation standards.
- Support stock organisation, transactions and day-to-day store operations. This is a full time vacancy and candidates must be available to work flexibly throughout the week, this will include working some evenings & weekends.
What we are looking for
- Confidence approaching customers and starting sales conversations.
- A proactive, reliable and commercially driven attitude.
- Good communication skills and motivation to achieve targets.
- Full-time availability, including weekends on a rota.
- The ability to commute reliably to Bluewater for scheduled shifts. Experience with mobile accessories is not required - full product training will be provided.
