Bluewater Central is a premium 66-bedroom super-boutique co-living scheme housing working professionals only. We maintain exceptionally high standards, extensive communal facilities, and a safe, well-run environment. This is not a standard HMO - we expect professionalism, integrity, and hard work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HMO management, hotel supervision, supported living, or care home deputy management
  • Clear Communication - This is our top priority
  • Flexible availability - early mornings, evenings, weekends, 6–7 days on rotation
  • Legal right to work in the UK - essential
  • A determined creative person would fit perfectly into the team

You will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS which would be paid for by Bluewater Central.

Key Duties Include:

  • Daily building safety & security checks across all 66 bedrooms and communal areas
  • Fire safety compliance - daily checks, log books, alarm testing, evacuation procedures
  • Resident management - inductions, behaviour expectations, conflict resolution
  • CCTV monitoring, 24/7 emergency contact on rotation
  • Maintenance Reporting - identifying issues, supervising contractors
  • Stock control, supplier liaison, waste management
  • Full compliance with Portsmouth City Council licensing & all legal requirements
  • Supporting the Manager with rosters, staff supervision, and smooth daily operation
  • Rigorous attention to detail

Performance bonus: up to £2,000/year for zero incidents, full compliance, excellent feedback
