Location: Remote/Hybrid - 2 days per week in Central London office
We’re seeking a passionate and driven German speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join BlueVoyant’s revenue teams. BlueVoyant is looking for a BDR to develop leads from marketing campaigns and drive pipeline to help meet sales quotas. The BDR will be responsible for acting as an internal link between Marketing and Sales teams. This role is focused on seeking and qualifying new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound efforts.
The BDR will work with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to develop strategies and tactics to create top of funnel demand, and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets. The BDR needs to use communication skills to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers from the beginning in the first contact and apply their market and business knowledge to identify and qualify business opportunities to drive customers to the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Prospect through cold calling and emailing
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to schedule targeted number of appointments for sales team (go above and beyond quota)
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Implement call scripts, campaign cadences, email pitches, and other outreach to improve leads generated
- Use our prospecting tools to accomplish your goals and to efficiently capture team activity in database
- Accomplish meaningful metrics and reports to measure productivity and quota attainment
- Report to Marketing and Sales on results
- Stay up to date with new offerings and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements
- Languages - Fluent German
- Competitive, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Track record of achieving objectives
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are required (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo is preferred)
- Accomplish training plan requirements
- Confident communicator - listener and engaging conversation
- Wants to belong to a team and is eager to produce results
- Good, positive attitude is a must
- Proficient use of English - verbal and written
Ideally
- Gained experience in the cybersecurity industry or high tech. Any and all certifications are a plus.
- Experience with any AI tools
- Languages - Dutch to support the Benelux region
