We’re seeking a passionate and driven German speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join BlueVoyant’s revenue teams.

BlueVoyant is looking for a BDR to develop leads from marketing campaigns and drive pipeline to help meet sales quotas. This role is focused on seeking and qualifying new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound efforts.

The BDR needs to use communication skills to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers from the beginning in the first contact and apply their market and business knowledge to identify and qualify business opportunities to drive customers to the Sales team.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Implement call scripts, campaign cadences, email pitches, and other outreach to improve leads generated
  • Use our prospecting tools to accomplish your goals and to efficiently capture team activity in database

Languages - Fluent German

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are required (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo is preferred)

Accomplish training plan requirements

Proficient use of English - verbal and written

Languages - Dutch to support the Benelux region
