We are recruiting for a Campaign Manager to join our client, a growing digital marketing agency who work with large, well-known brands and global companies, helping their talent and HR teams hire the people they need. This is a full-time permanent role, offered on a hybrid basis with one day a week in their Woking office.

This is a recruitment marketing role working agency-side on a single, high-priority enterprise UK account. You'll take ownership of an established, mature campaign set-up across platforms including Appcast Programmatic, Indeed, Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn, auditing current performance and building the strategies that take it further.

You'll own the candidate funnel end-to-end, tracking spend all the way through from cost-per-click to cost-per-application to cost-per-hire, and you'll be the trusted, everyday point of contact translating the client's shifting weekly targets into clear digital media plans. If you love turning data into a story stakeholders can act on, this will suit you down to the ground.

What's in it for you:

  • 23 days' holiday (rising to 26) plus bank holidays
  • End-of-year bonus, subject to business performance
  • Travel-to-work fund, plus an interest-free season ticket loan
  • Two screens and all the equipment you need, ready from day one
  • Early finish on Fridays (4/4:30pm), with flexibility around start times
  • A great benefits menu after probation: private dental, life insurance, gym membership, health MOT, extra pension contribution, spa days and more
  • Regular team socials, from breakfasts and lunches to activities like laser quest, plus in-office massages

What you'll bring:

  • A proven track record managing digital recruitment or performance marketing campaigns, where hires and conversions were the primary KPI
  • Hands-on experience taking over and scaling accounts through programmatic vendors (such as Appcast) and job aggregators (such as Indeed)
  • Practical experience running and improving localised search or display campaigns via Google Ads
  • Experience running campaigns on Bing, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, able to translate technical programmatic mechanics into simple, business-driven terms
  • Strong Excel, AI and data skills, comfortable manipulating XML feeds and reading complex dashboards
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

If you're a data-led programmatic specialist who wants real client ownership, room to grow, and a role where your work genuinely helps people land jobs, we'd love to hear from you.
