Part Time Paid Media Manager – Thames Ditton, Surrey
Up to £50,000 DOE (pro rata over 3 days per week) plus benefits
We are recruiting for a highly successful retail company who are looking to recruit a Part time Paid Media Manager who has a love of all things digital and can grow their brands through paid search and social platforms. This is a new part time permanent position and will form part of their Brand Team. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for their paid digital strategy and delivery as well as performance analysis. Working across Google, Meta, TikTok and travel specialist sites such as TripAdvisor and GetYourGuide to drive people into their destination, travel-retail stores.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end paid search and paid social strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and travel channels.
- Plan, build, optimise, and scale high-performing paid campaigns that deliver measurable revenue.
- Collaborate with internal content creators to guide creative concepts, briefs, and asset optimisation based on platform best practices.
- Apply a scientific, data-driven approach to assessing cause and effect using online analytical platforms such as GA4, attribution modelling tools, and in-platform diagnostics.
- Analyse campaign performance to uncover insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities, presenting clear and actionable recommendations.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, pacing, and reallocating spend to maximise ROI across channels.
- Test and evaluate new ad formats, creative, audiences, and platform features, maintaining a structured experimentation framework.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts—AI-driven campaign automation, privacy changes, tracking evolution—and advise the business on their strategic implications.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and the unique dynamics of the travel and luxury experiences sector.
About You
- Proven experience managing and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other key digital platforms.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn business goals into data-led paid media plans.
- Comfortable using GA4 and similar analytics platforms to scientifically determine attribution, causality, performance lift, and true impact across channels.
- Deep understanding of tracking, measurement, and testing methodologies—including incremental testing, lift studies, and multi-touch attribution.
- Collaborative and creative, with experience working closely with content creators and briefing effective ad assets.
- Passionate about staying atop platform changes, new formats, automation trends, and the future of performance marketing.
- Excellent communicator able to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised, curious, and eager to innovate within a fast-moving travel marketing environment.
