SALES REPRESENTATIVE – EAST GRINSTEAD, WEST SUSSEX

Β£25,000 – Β£28,000 DOE + Commission | Full-time, Permanent | No cold calling

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Turn enquiries into bookings β€” Handle inbound calls and emails, convert interest into confirmed jobs, and keep your pipeline moving with organised follow-ups.
  • Build real trust β€” Explain solutions in plain language, answer questions honestly, and set clear expectations β€” no jargon, no pressure, just friendly professionalism.
  • Create tailored quotes β€” Produce accurate, personalised quotations and schedule jobs in the CRM β€” getting the details right first time, every time.
  • Deliver end-to-end service β€” Provide outstanding customer care before, during, and after the sale, collaborating with the wider team to ensure every job runs smoothly.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…

  • Have experience in sales or customer service β€” especially over phone or email
  • Have experience in B2C Sales
  • Communicate with warmth and clarity β€” written and spoken
  • Are confident with email, quoting, and software β€” and comfortable picking up new systems
  • Take pride in being organised and getting the details right
  • Have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Construction or Facilities knowledge is a bonus β€” but full training is provided
