£31,000 plus allowances and exceptional benefits. We’re looking for exceptional graduates and aspiring future business leaders to join our client, Nikon — a leading international technology solutions company — on their Management Development Programme.

You must have the following:

  • A degree, with a 2:1 or above classification (having studied at a Top 40 league table of universities)
  • Achieved GCSE and A ‘level results obtaining A and B grades, lower grades will not be considered
  • Be able to clearly demonstrate your leadership skills
  • Be able to clearly demonstrate your commercial knowledge and experience

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a good first degree, with a 2:1 or 1st (having studied at a Top 40 UK University)
  • Be professional with leadership potential
  • Able to set and achieve challenging goals
  • Be analytical: comfortable with numbers and data
  • Have a proactive attitude: a quick and willing learner
  • Able to create and maintain strong working relationships: personable and approachable style
  • Use time efficiently and work to high quality standards
  • Able to adapt to change and cope with uncertainty
  • Be responsible and committed

The opportunity will involve working in 4 different departments over a 2 year period that cover marketing, sales, commercial and services.

What’s On Offer:

  • Starting base salary of £31,000 p.a., with regular reviews
  • Green travel allowance of £840 p.a.
