They are looking for someone who will thrive on targets, take pride in consultative selling, and know how to build a high-performing team culture.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Elevate the team — Run weekly KPI reviews, coach on objection handling, and hold the team accountable to standards that make a real difference to results.
- Own the numbers — Set and hit monthly revenue and booking targets. Monitor conversion rates, pipeline value, and follow-up compliance across the team.
- Sell — Handle inbound enquiries yourself, produce tailored quotes that communicate value (not just price), and close deals with confidence.
- Keep it tight — Ensure every activity is logged accurately in the CRM. Oversee call quality, email standards, and a structured pipeline that never loses a lead.
- Have proven B2C sales experience, ideally in home improvements, facilities, or a similar service-based industry.
- Know how to handle objections, sell on value, and close.
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and relentless about follow-ups.
- Have a track record of leading, inspiring, and holding a team to a high standard.
