WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Turn enquiries into bookings — Handle inbound calls and emails, convert interest into confirmed jobs, and keep your pipeline moving with organised follow-ups.
- Build real trust — Explain solutions in plain language, answer questions honestly, and set clear expectations — no jargon, no pressure, just friendly professionalism.
- Create tailored quotes — Produce accurate, personalised quotations and schedule jobs in the CRM — getting the details right first time, every time.
- Deliver end-to-end service — Provide outstanding customer care before, during, and after the sale, collaborating with the wider team to ensure every job runs smoothly.
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…
- Have experience in sales or customer service — especially over phone or email
- Have experience in B2C Sales
- Communicate with warmth and clarity — written and spoken

- Construction or Facilities knowledge is a bonus — but full training is provided
