Bluetree is delighted to be working with a fast-growing medical technology business that is redefining how cardiac conditions are detected and managed across UK healthcare settings. Our client is entering an exciting first commercial phase, having developed an innovative wearable ECG monitoring solution with strong clinical validation.

They are now looking for a talented Commercial Lead to join the founding team and drive their go-to-market strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-growth MedTech business with genuine influence, a clear path to senior leadership, and the chance to make a real difference in patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a proven, hands-on sales professional who can hit the ground running, someone with direct experience in the field rather than a purely strategic background. They are looking for an individual who has a strong track record of selling into the private healthcare sector and can build relationships with health insurance companies, private clinics, and procurement teams.

Previous experience selling Medtronic devices would be highly advantageous. Candidates must be comfortable with field-based, relationship-driven selling and should expect regular travel to meet clients and close deals. Crucially, they will ideally bring an established network of contacts.
