We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team.
About the Role
This role will involve using your sewing knowledge to help produce outdoor flags, Heras fencing, café barriers and exhibition stretch fabric displays of various sizes. Our cutting-edge factory is driven by industry-leading equipment and investment. You will have six new state-of-the-art sewing machines at your disposal, working alongside our brand new Vutek FabriVU 340i, which prints these amazing flags and outdoor displays. It is an exciting time to join Bluetree; our Large Format team is undergoing a substantial expansion plan, and you could be part of it.
- Pay: The starting salary for this role will be between £13.45- £15.18 per hour depending on your experience. That’s an impressive potential earning of £32,758 a year depending on your knowledge and previous experience in sewing.
- Contract Type: This is a full-time temporary position, which could turn into permanent opportunity. The contract end date is 27/11/2026.
- Working Hours: 41.5 hours per week on a shift rotation, Monday to Friday.
- Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
- Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
- Overtime: Some weekend work at an overtime rate will be required occasionally.
