Location: Wath upon Dearne, South Yorkshire (165,000 sq. ft. State-of-the-Art Facility)

Pay: £13.45 – £15.18 per hour (Depending on experience) | Potential earnings up to £32,758 a year!

Contract Type: Full-Time Temporary (with genuine potential to turn into a permanent career opportunity)

Contract End Date: 27/11/2026

Hours: 41.5 hours per week (Rotating Shift Pattern, Monday to Friday)

  • Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
  • Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM (Occasional weekend work at an overtime rate will be required during peak periods).

The Opportunity: No Experience? No Problem! We are looking for a practical, hands-on, and motivated Large Format Print Finisher to join our busy production team. In this role, you will help take printed fabrics and materials and transform them into incredible finished products like outdoor flags, Heras fencing banners, café barriers, and exhibition displays. You will be working right alongside our brand-new, state-of-the-art Vutek FabriVU 340i printer and advanced finishing kit. Training Will Be Given! While previous manufacturing or assembly experience is great, we will provide full training on our specialized cutting, laminating, and eyeleting machinery. If you have the right attitude and a sharp eye for detail, we will teach you the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Precision Finishing: Using digital cutters, laminators, eyelet machines, and manual tools to trim, weld, and assemble high-quality large-format graphics.
  • Quality Inspection: Keeping a keen eye out for defects (like bubbles, scratches, or alignment issues) to make sure every product looks flawless before it goes to the customer.
  • Workflow Management: Keeping up with the pace of a fast-moving print queue to ensure orders are packed and shipped on time.
  • Equipment Care: Taking pride in your workstation by keeping machines clean and performing basic daily maintenance.
  • Safety & 5S: Maintaining a spotless, organized workspace and strictly following safety procedures to look out for yourself and your teammates.
