Thanks to our exceptional growth across all areas of the business, we are looking for talented individuals to help us shape the future of print manufacturing. We are currently seeking self-motivated operatives to join our state-of-the-art print facility as either Guillotine Operators or Dispatch Operators.
As a Real Living Wage employer, we offer a starting salary of £12.60 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £20 per hour based on experience and performance. This is a full-time, permanent position with shift rotations that include a mix of day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.
As a Guillotine Operator, you will use your expertise to create perfectly stitched books and large, high-quality posters for our diverse range of clients. As a Dispatch Operator, you'll ensure that products are thoroughly checked and packed to the highest standards.
Our cutting-edge factory is powered by industry-leading technology, including a fleet of XL106 litho presses, two of the world's first Landa nanographic digital printers, state-of-the-art Muller Martini finishing lines, and Heidelberg folders, among other advanced equipment. These roles are a key part of our growing business, offering you the opportunity to join a dynamic, highly productive team in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

The Company
Established in 2012, Bluetree Group is the UK's largest online printer and exists to manufacture and sell high volume, premium products through investing in its highly skilled team as well as the latest technology. In 2021, we acquired a luxury book printer, Kingsbury Press, branching out into the publishing industry and having aims of expanding into packaging solutions. In 2022, we were chosen as the printer for the Queen's Jubilee book.
Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking. The facility is also located on a major bus route, which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton, and Wombwell.
