Overview
Our cutting-edge factory is powered by industry-leading technology, including a fleet of XL106 litho presses, two of the world\’s first Landa nanographic digital printers, state-of-the-art Muller Martini finishing lines, and Heidelberg folders, among other advanced equipment.
As a Guillotine Operator, you will use your expertise to create perfectly stitched books and large, high-quality posters for our diverse range of clients. As a Dispatch Operator, you\’ll ensure that products are thoroughly checked and packed to the highest standards.
This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that ensures customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition, playing an integral role in upholding our reputation for quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
Operate the Guillotine and Dispatch processes to support production quality and timely delivery. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Ensure products are checked, packed, and labeled correctly for shipping. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with health and safety requirements.

Bluetree\’s combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking. The facility is also located on a major bus route and is a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton, and Wombwell.
