We’re instantprint – the UK’s largest online printer and we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Executive to join our passionate and dynamic Client Experience team.
You will be at the heart of our customer service and experience, guiding small businesses through the online print-buying journey and providing recommendations, and answering queries over the phone, email, and online chat. We are looking for professional, friendly, and approachable customer service advisors who can maximise client spending and offer a world‑class experience.
We work hard, with pace and passion but we have a good laugh and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are a fast‑paced and supportive team who get a kick out of helping customers buy print that makes them look amazing.
About the position
- This position is office based 5 days a week at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week between 9am to 6.30pm on a rotating shift, also working 1 Saturday shift (4 hours) every 5 weeks.
- Salary between £26,208 – £34,108
The Role
- Answering client calls, chats and emails in a manner that delivers world‑class customer service.
- Helping customers navigate through the order process of our website, making every point of the journey as easy as possible.
- Influence sales through service; providing a world‑class client experience will keep our clients coming back.
- Contacting areas of production, studio, sales or marketing to assist with any client order.
- Share customer recommendations with the wider instantprint team.
- Using client feedback and collaborating with other departments to improve the client journey.
Skills Required
- Previous experience of working within a customer‑facing environment
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines, whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via email
- The ability to work independently and have a proactive attitude.
- A desire to improve on your own knowledge.
- You will be a team player and complement our Client Services team.
- Effective management of your own time to deliver efficiency and effectiveness.
- High levels of accountability
- Excellent IT, communication and presentation skills
