The business is geared up to deliver exceptional growth over the next 12 months, and we are looking for someone to jump on board and play a significant part in supporting us in achieving it. We process around 10,000 jobs each week, consisting of over 11 million printed items, from menus in local restaurants to stunning books for luxury brands.
We need someone who relishes the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, handling both pre and post-sale enquiries, and checking customer artwork to ensure it’s ready for print. Route 1 Print puts significant emphasis on deploying the latest tech, enabling us to stay one step ahead of our competition. We were the first company in the world to invest in nanographic printing technology with the purchase of a Landa S10 and later acquired the latest S11P. You will be exposed to exciting systems that allow artwork to flow through seamlessly, including the Adobe Creative Suite. Don’t worry if you’ve not used it before; we are here to teach you.
The Role: A Dual-Impact Opportunity
- Provide outstanding customer service while possessing the technical eye to understand the mechanics of a print-ready file.
- Work across three communication channels (call, email, and live chat) providing outstanding customer service.
- Resolve queries, understand client needs, and identify opportunities to further support them with our products and services.
- Utilise design software to help troubleshoot client files, ensuring they meet our high production standards.
- Confidently handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Use customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Incorporate AI tools within day-to-day role.
You: The Perfect Blend of Service
- Starting salary of £28,000 up to £34,646.
- Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (no weekend work).
- 5 days fully office based, located in Manvers, Rotherham.
- Weekly pay paid every Friday.
