We\’re instantprint – the UK\’s largest online printer and we have an exciting opportunity for an Artworker to join our passionate and dynamic Client Studio team.
Creating print-ready artwork can be an obstacle for our small business clients, and at instantprint, we pride ourselves in offering the highest level of support and technical advice that help our clients look amazing.
We work hard, with pace and passion but we have a good laugh and don\’t take ourselves too seriously. We are a fast-paced and supportive team that get a kick out of helping customers buy print that makes them look amazing.
About the position
- This position is office based 5 days a week at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week on a weekly rota basis between 8am – 7pm. There is one 4 hour Sunday shift every 6 weeks
- Salary £26,208 – £34,108.80
The Role
- Providing technical artwork support to clients via call, chat and emails.
- Processing artwork files ensuring they\’re suitable for our production capabilities.
- Use of adobe creative suite to fix problem artwork and meet customers expectations
- Create print ready proofs for our customers
- Ensuring deadlines are met to drive our on time delivery metrics
- Maximising clients spend by driving sales through exceptional service.
- Appropriately recommend the best products to clients that fit their print needs
- Resolving customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
- Liaising with areas of Production, Studio, Sales, or Marketing to assist with any Client order.
Skills Required
- Previous experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience of working within a customer-facing environment.
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines, whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- The ability to work independently and have a proactive attitude.
- A desire to improve on your own knowledge.
- You will be a team player and complement our Studio team.
- Effective management of your own time to deliver efficiency and effectiveness.
- High levels of accountability
- Excellent IT, Communication, and Presentation skills

Bluetree\’s combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking, the facility is also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
