As we continue our development within this period of investment, were looking for an enthusiastic peoples person to enjoys building rapport and maintaining excellent levels of service to join our team in Shoreditch. In this brand-new role, youll oversee the onboarding, implementation and training process to ensure the smooth uptake and usage of our services. Responsibilities: Conduct online demos to potential customers Delivering online training around adhoc features of the system to customers who are already using our services Be the point of contact for a set no. of accounts providing excellent levels of service and providing a solution-based approach to queries
