Job Title : Compliance Officer Location : London Salary: NJC scale 20 – 22 (£41,162 – £43,299 ) FTE, actual TTO salary (£21,329 – £22,437 ) plus access to Local Government Pension Scheme Job type: Permanent, 21 hours per week, term time only (TTO) Start date: 26th August 2025. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our college meets the highest standards and best practices in compliance while ensuring the College meets its statutory obligations. Particularly, you will have responsibility for health and safety, UK GDPR compliance, sustainability, and policy oversight. You will oversee and implement policies to maintain a safe learning environment, safeguard data privacy, and ensure adherence to data protection regulations.
