Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum + on call and care remuneration

We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants
Coordinating care packages – care plans, risk assessments, reviews,compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents
Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software
Dealing with new customer enquiries
