The Company specialises in providing live in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. Duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants
- Coordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents
- Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software
- Dealing with new customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Have previous experience in the providing care to domiciliary sector
- Be pro-active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service
- Have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.
- Our coordinators use software to organise rotas so the successful candidate must be IT literate, with the ability to learn new software quickly
