Butternut Box's mission is to deliver health and happiness to dogs all over the world with our fresh dog food and extras, delivered directly to customer's doors on a subscription model. To achieve our amazing growth targets, we are looking for passionate, driven, and fun Brand Ambassadors to join our high-performing sales teams. You will represent us at events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the country, engaging with dog owners and promoting the benefits of feeding fresh. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving face to face sales: Engage with potential customers at top-tier events in Bristol and surrounding areas, promoting Butternut Box in an ethical and inspirational manner. Shows include Crufts, Dogfest, Ideal Home Show etc (we go to over 900 a year as a business!).
- Educating dog parents: Inform and educate our customer base about the benefits of Butternut Box, ensuring they understand our commitment to high-quality, natural, fresh food.
- Building relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Achieving sales targets: Be target-driven, striving to exceed individual and team sales goals.

- Dog lover: It goes without saying that you must have a genuine affection for dogs and an understanding of their needs.
- Sales enthusiast: A passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people (and their dogs) is very impawtent.
- Customer focus: We strive to provide the best service possible, so a dedication to helping customers and their dogs is non-negotiable.
- Target-oriented: The more dogs you help, the more you earn - tasty right?
- Available on weekends: The majority of our high impact events fall on a weekend, so it's imperative that you have generally good availability Friday - Sunday.
- Over age 18: Must be at least 18 years old.

- Day Rate of GBP100+ with On target earnings totalling between GBP300-GBP350+ per day, but can reach upwards of GBP500 per day for our top salespeople!
