Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct VDR-APTs and radio surveys to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Install, repair, and maintain GMDSS equipment to meet safety standards.
- Manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of advanced navigational systems and VSAT satellite broadband solutions.
- Work on retrofit projects, including complete bridge installations and large-scale system integrations.
- Deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base across the maritime industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: HNC/ONC/NVQ Level or equivalent in an engineering or IT-related field.
- Experience: Strong commercial experience as a Marine Service Engineer, with expertise in electronic and electrical systems.
- Licenses: A GMDSS Radio Operator/Maintainer License is highly desirable.
- Other Requirements: Valid driving license and passport. Ability to pass a marine/offshore worker medical examination. Strong technical knowledge of satellite communication systems, navigational equipment, and electrical engineering principles.
