Wes is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality efforts for the development and production of mixed-signal integrated circuits used in aerospace applications. This role ensures compliance, traceability, and process integrity across the full product lifecycle from design through manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QA processes aligned with aerospace and IC industry standards
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Ensure end-to-end traceability across architecture, design, and manufacturing
- Conduct internal and external quality audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to uphold quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality issues
Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
- Strong commercial QA experience in IC development, ideally within aerospace or mixed signal domains
- Strong knowledge of VLSI flows and industry quality standards
- Experience with configuration management, documentation control, and audit preparation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
