Overview Are you ready to take on a key quality role in a high-performance engineering environment? As operations expand in the UK, we\’re looking for a Product Assurance Engineer to ensure technical excellence and quality compliance across every stage of development and delivery. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, global customers, and trusted suppliers to support the successful delivery of highly complex hardware and software systems for demanding operational environments. Key Responsibilities Lead product and quality assurance activities throughout the full project lifecycle Develop, implement, and maintain product assurance plans aligned with customer and internal standards Manage materials, parts, and processes assurance from selection through to full traceability Support design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery of advanced engineering systems Collaborate on supplier and customer audits, reviews, and quality gates Drive non-conformance management, change control, and risk mitigation processes Contribute to internal quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Act as the primary point of contact for assurance activities with customers and subcontractors Support proposal development and bids as a subject matter expert in product assurance What You Bring Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Proven experience in product or quality assurance within aerospace, defence, automotive, or other regulated industries Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ECSS , ISO 9001 , and AS9100 Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes Excellent communication and documentation skills Supplier QA and audit experience Familiarity with complex systems including electronics, optical, mechanical, or robotic components What We Offer Competitive Salary : Commensurate with your skills and experience Career Development : Be part of high-impact projects with clear progression pathways Flexible Working : Hybrid options to support work-life balance Comprehensive Benefits : Health, wellbeing, and family support packages Collaborative Culture : Work alongside passionate professionals who value quality and innovation About You You’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who brings structure and clarity to complex projects.
