We are looking for a confident and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic UK team. In this key role, you will drive commercial strategy and lead contractual negotiations across a range of innovative space projects, working with leading players in the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Shaping commercial strategies and advising key stakeholders
- Leading contract negotiations and managing commercial agreements
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Overseeing the commercial lifecycle of proposals and projects
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and risk assessments
- Managing contractual records and correspondence
Experience:
- Degree in business, management, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in commercial, contracts, or business development roles
- Background in aerospace, defence, telecoms, or other high-tech sectors
- Experience working with government and institutional clients (e.g. ESA, MOD, NASA)
- Skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness and communication abilities
- Knowledge of the space industry and UK/ESA government contract frameworks (e.g. DEFCONs, GCCs)
