Job Description
Overview
We are a dynamic and growing property investment company dedicated to delivering high quality services to landlords, tenants, and investors. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team and support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations using Xero.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, reports, and financial statements.
- Manage supplier payments and handle client account reconciliations.
- Submit VAT returns and other statutory filings.
- Support payroll processing where required.
- Provide financial data and reports to senior management as needed.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector.
- Proficiency in Xero is essential.
- Experience with Vebra Alto is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
