Job Description

Overview

We are a dynamic and growing property investment company dedicated to delivering high quality services to landlords, tenants, and investors. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations using Xero.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, reports, and financial statements.
  • Manage supplier payments and handle client account reconciliations.
  • Submit VAT returns and other statutory filings.
  • Support payroll processing where required.
  • Provide financial data and reports to senior management as needed.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector.
  • Proficiency in Xero is essential.
  • Experience with Vebra Alto is highly desirable but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
