Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer in Kingston Upon Thames

Were looking for aSenior Mechanical Design Engineer(Building Services)to lead the design and delivery of complex mechanical systems from concept through to completion. Youll be working on a variety of high-impact projects, collaborating with a talented international team committed to technical excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out feasibility studies, detailed design, and mechanical calculations
• Producing technical drawings and specifications
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in construction support, site supervision, and commissioning
• Delivering high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions

Experience

• Strong commercial experience as design engineer with consultancy or contractor-side experience, particularly in large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of utility infrastructure and building services
• Proficiency with IESVE, EDSL-TAS, AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS
• Solid knowledge of UK industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a desire to mentor others
