We are looking for an experienced cleaning operative to join our client’s office in Hemel Hempstead (HP2 4ZB), North West London. We also offer performance bonuses.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas.
- Steaming hard floors.
- Dusting, damp wiping or polishing furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fittings.
- Replenishing/refilling consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels).
- Cleaning fridge, microwave and coffee machines.
- Cleaning, washing and drying plates, cups and cutlery.
- Carrying out any other ad hoc cleaning duties as directed by the Manager.
- Other works upon request.
Requirements:
- Must have a good grasp of the English language.
- Have a motorbike or car (not essential).
- Be close to this postcode: Hemel Hempstead (HP2 4ZB).
- Have a workable smartphone with your own data plan.
- Be a team player that gets on with people.
- Have a DBS certificate.
- Eligible to work in the UK (work permit).
