The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Responsibilities and Duties split between senior supervisor and cover cleaning:
- Cover cleaners sick/holiday days where required.
- Be available to pick up keys from offices/HQ and drop off to cleaners.
- Meet, greet and train cleaners on their first clean, setup the site ready for cleaning, unpacking products and materials etc.
- Run Health and Safety checks with the cleaners.
- Explain company policies.
- Train cleaners on how to use our App time sheet system.
- Run spot checks across all client sites to ensure sites are immaculate.
- Complete online QA forms.
- Conflict resolution - Liaise with clients on any account requirements and resolve issues as they arise.
- Occasionally purchase equipment and drop off to any client sites.
- On occasions you will need to take on the cleans yourself; this is critical and we need a person to pull their sleeves up and deliver and protect our contracts.
Must have:
- Be flexible with your hours, splitting your hours over morning/afternoon or evening on request - essential.
- General working knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH and PPE - essential.
- Minimum of 1 year Supervisory cleaning - essential.
- Previous experience of supervising people is essential.
- Applicants must possess competent communication and written skills and be able to use mobile Apps, Excel spreadsheets, etc.
- A good, hard-working attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage mixed personalities calmly and diplomatically.
- Mobile phone with data & WhatsApp.
- Have an advanced DBS certificate.
- You will be someone who can get on with people, and that can build relationships with cleaning teams, clients and back-end management teams.
- You will be the cleaning teams go-to person/mentor.
- You don’t mind taking regular instructions and reporting to management on a daily basis by video or audio calls.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
