Bluestorm Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive planning, dispatch, and service delivery for our busy mobile and office teams. This role is office-based and requires energy, patience, and stamina to manage multiple schedules and teams effectively.
You will lead a team of around 15 mobile operatives, coordinate with clients and directors, manage scheduling, training, and store/office logistics, and ensure SLA targets are met across our widespread sites.
